Description
Butter pratha is not recommended for daily use. Its fantastic occasionally. Healthy people can apply butter inside dough ball and fry Paratha with oil. I make it daily for my husband by using flora margarine commonly used to lower cholesterol levels and fry it with olive oil. Olive oil is ok if just one paratha is made on that pan. For more than one paratha at a time use cooking oil. Olive oil is not recommended for repeat use.
