Description
6md potatoes, 25-30 curry leaves, Fenugreek seeds ¼ ts, mustard seeds 1/2 ts, Ajwain ½ ts, cumin seeds 1ts. Ginger 1, garlic 6-7 cloves, salt. Chili powder, coriander powder 1ts each, turmeric 1/2ts. Heat oil add crushed garlic ginger fry for a min then add curry leaves and all the spices, fry for a min add potatoes and ½ cup water cook them till they are soft add green chilies at the end.
