Description
1 can 395g sweetened condensed milk, 2 thickened cream or wiping cream bottles 300g each, 1 punnet strawberries, ½ cup walnuts, ¼ cup melted butter, 8-9 coffee biscuits. Grind biscuits and mix them with butter, place dish in fridge to set, cut strawberries and mix milk and cream well pour it in the dish. Add strawberries and walnuts and place it overnight in the freezer. Take it out from the freezer 2-2 ½ hrs before serve. If its warm temperature then 1 hr is ok. Turn it over in another dish when its melted just a little from the sides and serve, crust facing upwards. Its better to set it in a flat dish. Its like a soft ice-cream block. Very delicious!
