Description
Kofte: poppy seeds 1/3cup. Yellow roasted split peas 2/3cup, grind them together. 6-7 cloves, 1 black cardamom, 1/2ts whole black pare, 1 ½ inch cinnamon, grind them together. Salt ¾ ts, chili powder ¾ ts, mix well in chopper with mince add 1/4th cup water, make meat balls. Curry, brown one md onion in oil, add kofte, with freshly ground one md garlic, add ½ ts salt, 1 ts chili powder, ½ ts turmeric, ½ ts cumin seeds, 1ts coriander powder. Add 1cup water and pressure it, open and mix till oil shows separately and start sticking at the bottom, add 1-1 ½ cup water bring it to boil. Please make koftas tightly there should not be any cracks visible.
